Please note due to the store being closed on Sunday, orders placed on this day will not be dispatched until Monday.
If for any reason the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know when you can expect to receive your purchase.
Whilst next day delivery may be an option, we cannot guarantee it. In particular goods ordered on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday are unlikely to arrive until Tuesday, or Wednesday. However items ordered between Monday and Friday should arrive within 24 to 72 hours. We insure against loss of goods in transit to you.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Normally the delivery services we use provide prompt delivery. For standard delivery this is 3 to 5 working days, however, most carriers reserve the right to take up to 10 days. Therefore, please allow 10 working days prior to contacting us about UK deliveries.
Orders placed before 12:30 noon, Monday to Friday are sent same day. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched the next trading day following the closure. However, on odd occasions the payment clearing centre will hold up payments to us, whilst they are completing security checks. Unfortunately, these checks are beyond our control and are designed to protect both us and the consumer. In these circumstances, dispatch may be delayed until the next day.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer you Click and Collection at no extra cost.
Store Collection – Any item can be collected from our shop during normal working hours.
Collection Time Frames - If you select the Click and Collect option, delivery from when you place your order may take up to 3 days. Once we have processed your Click and Collect order, we will email you back to confirm when your order will be ready for collection. This email may take time at weekends when we are closed, but won’t impact on your collection date.
We will do our utmost to have your items available for collection at the soonest opportunity possible. If you require your items more urgently, you may find our normal postal delivery service will be a better option.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unworn and in their original condition, complete with any labels and product packaging (ie shoe box).
If you are returning goods for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of return. If the goods are faulty upon delivery we will reimburse your postal costs.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Complete the returns form that came with your initial delivery
3. Pack your parcel carefully and address to:

4. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Always retain a proof of postage. We are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost in transit.
5. When we receive your returned item(s) we will email you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Please note that refunds of items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
